Find below the September welcome program of the CMI Rennes

International students, PhD students and researchers studying in Rennes, the CMI offers you to join its welcome event on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 1pm to 6:30pm.

Come and share a friendly time, get informed and meet other students!

What's on the agenda? Information points and welcome packs for newcomers, entertainment, gifts, guided tours of Rennes city centre, information stands run by the CMI's partners, booking of the CMI's 2023/2024 Cultural Agenda to visit Brittany and enjoy the cultural life of Rennes at a very low price!

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS' DAY - PROGRAM:

• Welcome points (information points) every 20 minutes : What is the CMI? How can it help me during my stay? The staff presents the various services offered by the CMI (visa, residence permits, transportation, social security, housing assistance, cultural agenda, daily life) and answers your questions
• A welcome pack (documentation and gifts!) is given to newcomers attending the CMI information points

• Cultural agenda: booking of day trips and shows
• Free visit of the historic city centre of Rennes: guided tour with a tour guide from the tourist office: meet in front of the CMI at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm!
• Escape Game: Learn about the university in France in a playful way thanks to an escape game created especially for international students by the LIDILE and FLESCAPE laboratories.

 

• And more: games, photobooth, prizes ...All. Day. Long!

To celebrate the end of this day in a festive way, join the ESN Rennes Welcome Party starting from 9pm! Information on the ESN booth during the day.
